My painting Now Serving (featuring a live mother pig in a meat counter display with an ear tag number matching the number on the Now Serving dispenser) was chosen to appear at the end of Carol Adam's updated edition of The Pornography of Meat "to reply to the oppressive images that precede the last chapter".
